Enough cannot be said of Richard Dukart who purchased George's business in 197? and further developed the church pew enterprise. when I went to work for thius outfit in 1997 Richard was the owner and Blaine, his son and close to my age, managed and worked there. Richard was masterful at his profession and could lay brick like Ive never seen. What was most amazing is how he could spend all day on his knees laying out marks on the floor and installing pews, which I helped. mostly I got in on the heavy lifting. Richard was up there in years already and he would not wear knee pads...I was amazed by not only his ability as a wood worker but his agility in crawling around on a church floor all day installing pews!
