A copy of this photo appeared in the August 22, 1956 issue of the Dickinson Press attributing the photo to Osborn Studio and identified the men as state heads of brand and theft agencies. Left to right: George Burns (Great Falls Mont.), Bill Cheney (Helena Mont.), Keith Schneider (Alliance Nebr.), Millard Lund (Bismarck ND) and Bob Jones (Phillips S. Dak.).
