A copy of this photo appeared in the October 19, 1928 issue of the Dickinson Press with a caption describing the new office of the Western Union Telegraph Company in the newly completed Kostelecky block on Sims Street. F.D. Vercellino was the manager of the office assisted by repeatermen and wire chiefs: Edward R. Pohtella, H.W. Burman and Edward E. O'Hearn who may be shown in the photo.
