Picture of small, single story home, with a side walk leading up to steps to the front door. There is a side walk going around the right side of the home. A detached garage is located behind the home. The home has an unusual roof that is curved on the left side, facing the front of the home. Shrubs are seen in the front of the home. Part of a 2nd two story home can be seen on the left side of the photo. Trees have no leaves. Picture taken during late 1946 or early 1947. The street address 40 can be seen above the door. Exact date unknown.
