Miller) Dickinson, North Dakota, having complied with all the requirements of the North Dakota Anti-Freeze Act, Chapter 160, Session Laws of 1943, for the sale of anti-Freeze has this day been granted a license for the sale from the date of issue until December 31st, 1948, in accordance with the provisions of the said act, of Skyway in the State of North Dakota, has paid the fee of Twenty-Dollars, ($20.00) for the period ending December 31st, 1948.
