Photo showing the construction of Interstate Highway I-94. There are 3 large vehicles at the bottom corner of the photo. The 1st is a fuel tank, the next 2 are sand or gravel haulers. In the center is the concrete mixing plant. Large conveyors, on the left and right, can be seen leading up to the mixing plant. The name Kolman can be read on the conveyors. On the left are 2 tractors with front end loaders. The name Hough can be read on one of the tractors. Beyond the tractors is a crane. Behind the cane can be seen completed parts of I-94. To the right of the crane are cars and pickup trucks. A large pile of sand or gravel is located there. Workers can be seen wearing shirts, jeans, and hard hats. A mobile office is seen with steps leading up the office door. A generator can be seen with a fuel tank behind it. On the right side of the plant is a pickup truck. Beyond the plant, to the right, can be seen a concrete truck. In the distance, beyond the construction site are fields. Unidentified.
