Description

Photo shows 3 large earth moving pieces of equipment. The scraper on the right is on a road. The scraper on the left is being pushed by a large IH caterpillar tractor. On the back of the tractor can be seen the symbol IH and the words International are below the symbol. On the right side is the number 25. Other words cannot be read. A man is driving the tractor, but only seen from behind. He is wearing a shirt and a hat.
The homes to the left of the construction site are mobile homes. Beyond the road, to the left, are 1 and 2 story homes. Behind the homes a water tower can be seen.
A 1 story building is under construction across the road and has cars parked in front of it. This building would become the Big Sky Shopping Center. Across the road a grader can be seen. A concrete culver can be seen and telephone poles and wires. Photo taken from what is now 12th Street West, probably near where McDonald's is now. Unidentified.
