The IH symbol is on the left side. Other words on the left side cannot be read. On the back are the words Pay Scraper. The 2nd scraper in on the far left of the photo. The IH symbol is seen on the front hood. To the right of the 1st scraper is the 3rd scraper. Behind the 1st scraper is an caterpillar tractor. On the left side of the tractor is the IH symbol and the word International. The drivers of the 1st and 2nd scrapers are wearing shirts and hats. 1 man, seen in profile, is standing between scraper #1 and #2. He is wearing a shirt, jeans, and a hat. In his right hand are gloves. Across the road is a 1 story brick building, with a truck parked in front of it. 3 car can be seen on a road. Beyond this construction site are barbed wire fences, telephone poles and wires and fields. Exact location unknown. Unidentified.
