The front of the building is brick. 3 awnings can be seen over picture windows. A metal pole extends out from the front of the building. There is no sign on this pole. Snow can be seen on the left side of the building and on the sidewalk in front of the building. A car is parked in front of the building. Further down the street are buildings and cars. A sign on a building, on the left side, reads Olney's Office Outfitters. People walking under this sign are wearing coats and hats, but are to far away to be see clearly. A sign on a building, on the right side, reads Liberty National Bank. The next sign, further down the street, has capital letters that read BPOE. The next sign reads Sears. Other sign cannot be read. A street sign reads 2nd St. W in front of the Mann building. Street lights, telephone and electric poles, and wires can be seen. Exact date unknown. Unidentified.
