A sign on the passenger side door reads North Dakota, State Highway Department, 9678. There are 2 spotlights on the top of the cab. Behind the truck is a sign that reads Phillips 66. To the left of the sign is an American flag. Also behind the truck are seen part of 2 cars and part of the Phillips 66 service station building. To the right of the truck is a sign that reads Motel. In front of motel rooms can be seen 3 parked car and a pickup. In the street on the right side of the Motel are parked 4 cars. A Stop sign can be seen. At the end of that block is a building with 4 glass entrance doors. A large smoke stack can be seen in the background. Light poles, and telephone and electric poles and wires can be seen. Snow can be seen on the ground. Exact date and location unknown. Unidentified.
