He is wearing a jacket, with large white buttons, a high collar, pants, with a white strip down the pants legs, white gloves, a black hat, with a possible white chord on the right side, and a black plume. He has a red and yellow ribbon, with a red and gold metal on the bottom, on the left side of his jacket. He has a sword, with a white and gold handle, in a white scabbard, with a gold chord attached to it. He is wearing black glasses. He is standing next to a table with 3 dark red books on it. Behind him are light brown colored drapes. Exact date and location unknown. Identified.
