F. O. E. Eagles

Photo of members of the F. O. E., Fraternal Order of the Eagles. The 7 men are all dressed the same. They are wearing white shirts, black ties, white pants and hats. They are all wearing caps that have the letters F. O. E. on the left and right collar of their caps. There is also a design on the top front of the cape and a badge on the bottom of the cape. This badge has an eagle and the words Fraternal Order of the Eagles on it. The 4th, 5th, and 7th man are wearing glasses. Behind the men is a wall design that has chevrons and an anchor in top right and left hand corners. In the far left corner is part of a picture frame. Exact date and location unknown. Unidentified.
