Portrait of the Homecoming Chief at Dickinson State Teachers College in Dickinson, ND, for 1953. He is sitting in a chair. He is wearing a Native American buckskin uniform with Native American symbols on it. On the cuffs are designs of leaves and flowers. He is also wearing a feathered head-dress. Native America symbols are on his head-band. Exact date and location known. Identified. Chief is named Bob Wilkens, from New Salem, North Dakota. Proof.
