Photo of the Redeemer Lutheran Church, that was located at 3rd St and Sims, in Dickinson, N.D.. The building was a 1 story wood structure, with a basement, built in 1949. The message board outside the church reads Redeemer Evangelical Lutheran Church Missouri Synod, Evening Worship 7:30 pm, Sunday School 6:30 pm, Welcome. There is a home on the left side of the church. In 1928, pastors began conducting worship services in the homes of people who were of Missouri Synod Lutheran background. These Lutherans were basically of Germanic background. This group was officially organized in May of 1931, calling itself Redeemer Lutheran Church. Exact date unknown.
