Boy Scouts kick off Breakfast

On the 1st row, the 2nd man, is wearing a jacket with a Standard Oil Company patch on it. The 2 Boy Scouts are kneeling down in the middle of the 1st row. The 1st boy is wearing a Boy Scout uniform, hat, and a tie. He has a patch on his right shirt pocket and a sash, with an arrow on it, across his torso. He has a slight smile. The 2nd boy is wearing a Boy Scout uniform and has a patch on his right shirt pocket, and a neckerchief around his neck. He has a patch on his left shirt shoulder which read Dickinson. He also has a patch on his right shoulder. He has a slight smile. The last man, on the 1st row, has a cigarette in his right hand. The tables have plates, silverware, water glasses, cups and saucers, napkins, salt and pepper shakers, ashtrays, sugar bowls, and cream pitchers. Newspapers are also seen on many tables. Exact location unknown. Unidentified.
