The 1st Legionnaire is wearing a shirt, tie, suit, handkerchief, and a hat. He is shaking hands with a 2nd Legionnaire. The 2nd Legionnaire, who is standing behind a microphone, is wearing a shirt, a tie with dots on it, a suit, a wrist watch, and a hat. He has a pen in the left pocket of his suit jacket and a name tag above it. On his hat is the symbol for the American Legion and the words North Dakota. On the left side of the photo is an opened folding door. Beyond is another room with tables, and chairs, a couch, a curtain, 2 flags, one the American flag and the other the state flag of North Dakota. A man can be seen sitting in a chair. He is seen in profile and is wearing a shirt, a tie, and a suit. A Christmas wreath is above the entrance to that room. To the left of the 2 Legionnaires is another microphone. Next to this microphone is a music stand, with sheet music. A piano is on the right side of the photo, along with a small railing, a suit case, a travel bag, and part of a Christmas tree with ornaments.
