The badge on his hat has the number 66 on it. He has a tie pin on his tie. He has shoulder patches on both shoulders of his uniform. Part of the patch on the right shoulder reads Dakota and Patrol. In the center of the patch is a Native American feathered war bonnet. There is a number 8 in the lower right corner of the negative. Exact location unknown. Unidentified.
