The badge on his pocket and hat has the number 60 on it. He has a tie clip on his tie. He has pen in the right pocket of his shirt. He has shoulder patches on both shoulders of his uniform. Part of the patch on the right shoulder reads Dakota and Patrol. Part of the patch on his left shoulder reads North and Highway. In the center of the patch is a Native American feathered war bonnet. He is wearing a belt with bullets. Exact location unknown. Unidentified.
