He has a badge above the left pocket of his shirt and on his hat. The badge on his pocket and hat has the word Sargent and the words North Dakota Patrol. He has a tie clip on his tie. He has 2 pens in his left shirt pocket. He has shoulder patches on both shoulders of his uniform. Part of the patch on the right shoulder reads Dakota and Patrol. Part of the patch on his left shoulder reads North and Highway. In the center of the patch is a Native American feathered war bonnet. Exact location unknown. Unidentified.
