No. Dak. State Banker's Conv.

5 members attending the North Dakota State Banker's Convention, in the Community building, in Dickinson, ND. Members are sitting at banquet tables. The 1st man, only his head can be seen, because of the podium, is wearing glasses. The 2nd man, standing, is wearing a shirt, tie, and a United States Air Force Uniform, and a name tag. The 3rd man, sitting, is wearing a shirt, tie, and a suit. The 4th man, sitting, is wearing a shirt, tie, suit, glasses, and has a handkerchief in the left pocket of his suit jacket. He is also smoking a pipe. Only part of the 5th man, sitting, can be seen. He is wearing a shirt, tie, glasses, and a name tag. On the tables are cups, saucers, water glasses, silverware, napkins, plates, bowl, sugar bowls, flowers, and a model of a rocket at the head table. The letters on the rocket read USAF. It is a Minuteman ICBM. On the left side of the rocket is a probably a plaque and a circuit board. On the right side of the rocket, laying on its side, is an object containing wires which are wrapped many times. On the back wall is a window and a shade. Exact date unknown. Unidentified.
