Jaycees, Richard Koppinger

He has a microphone in his right hand. On the front table are cups, saucers, water glasses, salt and pepper shakers, bread, cream pitchers, sugar bowls, and napkins. A banner on the back wall reads Promoting Progress, Greater North Dakota Association, N. D. State Chamber of Commerce. On the back wall, on either side of the banner, are bulletin boards. On the far left side of the back wall are 2 closed doors. Exact location and date unknown. Unidentified.
