The man on the left is wearing a shirt, a bow tie with dots, and a suit. The man on the right is wearing a shirt, a tie with squares on it, glasses, and a suit. On the back wall is a poster that reads Belles, time!, a.m., Bldg., Tue. 12 noon, and 8 a.m. The 2nd poster, behind the 1st man, reads Think, and Only. The poster, in-between the 2 men, reads You can Live Without Oil Wells, You can Live Without Style. You can Live Without Bathing Once in a While. You may Sail The Wild Seas And not Strike a Reef; But How in the World Can You Live Without BEEF? There are cattle brands on the sides of this poster. The poster, behind the 2nd man, reads Legislation. The last poster reads BEEF, It's Plentiful, It's ..., It's Good For .... On the back wall is a plaque that reads "Great Seal, State of North Dakota, Liberty and Union, Now and Forever, One and Inseparable. Exact date unknown. Unidentified.
