Photo of a Dickinson Fire Department steam pumper. The pumper is pulled by a horse On or in front of the pumper are men mainly from the city's Fire Department. The pumper has large spoked wheels. The brick building behind the men has a sign that reads City Hall and a date of 1900. 2 large garage doors are opened. On the left side of the City Hall/Fire Department is a windmill, and a shed that has cut pieces of firewood for the steam pumper. On the right side of the City Hall/Fire Department building is wood home with a chimney. Exact date unknown. Unidentified.
