Description

Photo of the train depot in Dickinson, N. D. In front of the station is a passenger car. In the bottom right of the photo is a steam engine and a coal car filled with coal. The number 2152 is on this steam engine. Coming into the station is a train pulled by a steam engine. Smoke is coming out its smoke stack. On the depot platform people are seen waiting for the train to come in. A sign on a building at the corner of Sims and Villard reads J. C. Cartwright Co. Gen'l Merchandise. The Church with the tall bell tower is St. Patrick's and the large building on the right of the photo is the old public high school. Words written on the bottom of the photo read Dickinson, N. D. Circa 1914. Exact date unknown. Unidentified.
