An aerial view of Dickinson, N. D., railroad, on Villard St., and the main business part of the city at First Avenue East. At the bottom right is the Dickinson Grocery store. On the right side of Villard St at the corner of First Avenue East, is a service station. On the 2 story Soules & Butler block is a painted sign that reads Auto Body Work, Studebaker, Packard, Sales & Service, Aberson Electric Co. . The St. Charles Hotel can be seen in the next block and at the top left of the photo are buildings of Dickinson State Teacher's College.
On the right is the Dickinson Hatchery which moved here to 25 First Avenue East in October 1931.
