There is 1 buggy with 1 man sitting in it . He is wearing a shirt, tie, hat, and a 3 piece suit. On both sides of the street are kerosene lamp lights. On the left side of the photo a man is sitting back in a chair with his feet propped up on a post. The words Law Land Office and Hardware can be read on 2 buildings. The main street is unpaved. Exact date unknown. Unidentified.
