Photo of a Northwestern Bell Telephone employee, Mr. J. D. Starck. The man is sitting at a desk and is wearing a suit, tie, and a wrist watch. He has a pen in his left hand. He is signing papers. On his desk are papers, letters, a stapler, 2 paper trays, keys on a key chain, and a Smith Corona typewriter. On the right side of the desk is a telephone. On the left wall is a window and curtains. In the corner is a file cabinet with papers on top it and the dust cover for the typewriter. On the wall behind him are 4 framed pictures. Each picture has a small card attached to it explained what the photo was about. The writing on the cards cannot be read. Identified.
