Photo showing the construction of Interstate Highway I-94. In the front of the photo is a tractor with the name Schramm written on it. Behind the tractor is a machine used for loading Portland cement into trucks. The name Johnson is written on this piece of equipment. Behind this piece of equipment is a truck. On the right side of the loading equipment, is a dirt road, 4 cars, and many workers, wearing shirts, jeans, and hard hats. On 3 of the cars can be seen signs that read News Media. To the right of the workers can be seen several homes, a street light, a brick building, telephone poles, and wires. There is a truck trailer by the brick building that has the words Go Nuclear Navy, U.S. Navy Recruiting Service, Public Exhibit, written on the side. The back doors are opened, and on the left door the words U.S. Navy, Navy Re ..., Public, ..., Sixth Navy De...,. The letters next to the brick building read Belfield (ND). The letters are on front of the movie theater in Belfield. Unidentified.
