Photo showing the construction of Interstate Highway I-94. Photo showing the pouring of concrete. Trucks are lined up with concrete. A piece of concrete equipment is used to flatten and smooth the concrete onto the highway. On the left side are cars in a ditch. On the newly poured concrete are workers wearing shirts, jeans, and hard hats. Many of the workers have long poles used to smooth the concrete. One worker has a shovel in his hands. Other workers can be seen further back along with news media people. Beyond the road can be seen telephone poles and wires and fields. Unidentified.
