Photo shows a woman lying in a hospital bed, at her home. A widow is on the left side with a curtain over the window. A ceiling beam can be seen. On the wall above her head are 4 plaques. To the right of the headboard is a wall, rotary phone, and a light switch. On a shelf, in the headboard, is a table lamp, a pen in a pen holder, 2 framed pictures of children, and a Native American vase with a cup on top of the vase, and a telephone book. On the bed, the woman has an iron lung over her chest, with an air hose attached to it, to allow for breathing. She has polio. She has a serving tray in front of her and an open newspaper. On her head is a special telephone that allows her to phone out and receive calls coming in. Exact location unknown. Unidentified.
