Description
The photo was taken during the American Legion Open house, in the American Legion building, in Dickinson, ND. The 1st Legionnaire, who is standing to the left of a microphone, is wearing a shirt, a tie, a suit, and glasses. He is shaking hands with a 2nd Legionnaire. The 2nd Legionnaire is wearing a shirt, a tie with dots on it, a suit, and a hat. He has a pen in the left pocket of his suit jacket and a name tag above it. On his hat is the symbol for the American Legion and the words North Dakota. On the left side of the photo is an opened folding door. This leads to another room in which a curtain and a wall light fixture can be seen. Above the entrance to that room is a Christmas wreath. Behind the 1st Legionnaire is a trash can, and an unidentified piece of furniture. Behind the 2nd Legionnaire is a small table, another microphone, a railing, a music stand with sheet music on it, a saxophone, and part of a Christmas tree with an ornament on it. Unidentified.
