Land investors and seekers in front of the St. Charles Hotel traveling in chain drive automobiles. There are 3 early 20th century cars filled with men. The cars have spoked wheels. The building behind them is a hotel with the name St. Charles Hotel written on a hotel window. The hotel was located at 22-32 E. Villard St. The building had 2 entrances and 2 awnings, and is made of brick. All the men are wearing shirts, tie, suits, hats, and coats. Several men are wearing goggles. Exact date unknown. Unidentified.
Written on the back in the upper right corner is, "119 / NEG #95."
