Fire Prevention Day Parade

A line of trucks in front of Mandan Mercantile Co. for a Fire Prevention Day parade. Dickinson Firemen and volunteers and Fire Department Hose Carts/trucks, and pumper. Behind the 1st cart/truck is a horse drawn pumper,. The 2nd cart/truck is pulling a ladder wagon. Next is a ladder truck, and finally is a truck with a pumper on it. Some men are dressed in coats and hats or men are dressed in Firemen's uniforms and hats. On the 1st truck a blanked covers part of the radiator. The 1st and 2nd trucks have chains on the rear wheels. Behind the last vehicle is a wood building with a sign that reads Mandan Mercantile Co. Building Material. A sign on the left side reads Crown. People stand on both sides watching the Firemen. Snow covers the ground. Exact date and location unknown. Unidentified. Written on the back in the upper left corner is, "A-330-88" and on the right side, "NO NEG / #160A." There is an oval stamp in the center. Printed inside the oval is, "OSBORN'S / DAILY FILM SERVICE / DICKINSON, N. DAK."
