Wilse Richards- (1862- 1953) - A native of Alabama. He was brought to Texas as a child . He came to North Dakota with a trail herd in 1885 and soon took over the Diamond C ranch from the Crosby interests. Prominent in the cattle industry, banking, and business enterprises. A long time member of the State Sanitary Livestock Board. He retired and returned to Texas. Portrait. Identified.
